Cold and Frosty Morning

Mmm, a cold and frosty start to December, far better than all that rain!  I'm sat waiting today for Starplan to turn up and, hopefully, finally finish Emily's bedroom.  The bedroom was fitted back in July but there were a few things wrong at the time.  Gradually each one has been fixed apart from the correct, unmarked, stable door. Today will be their 3rd attempt at getting it right. I also need to get cleaned up again as I've still lots of plaster dust around. This is following the fitting of two velux windows in part of the kitchen. The idea was to flood the area with light as it is always dark in there. There is definitely more light but I think the boxed in rsj still blocks some light to the far side of the kitchen. Hopefully though when we change the kitchen to lighter units it will all be fine. We've also had new doors in the hallway and the landing. In the hall we have part glazed, again to let in more light, and on the landing we have nice white moulded doors.  These finish off the bedrooms but it does mean that we need to move on the hall stairs and landing - which includes complete re plastering!

Ok, crafty stuff.  Not a lot to report, but here's a layout I completed Sunday when we returned from our weekend with Giselle and Mark.  I really liked a lo I saw in Scrapbook Trends and decided to emulate it. Apart form the bauble trim and the rhinestones, everything is GoGo's November kit.
