Where does the time go, Wednesday again already - how did THAT happen. Early start today, Emily has gone off to London Dungeons with the school and as I was going out early Bex arranged to be dropped at Zoe's at the same time. That meant I was so early at the gym that half the machines weren't even switched on lol. Bex had her first HPV jab yesterday, she was a little worried beforehand but it was all fine and her arm is just a little sore. She also has a really sore throat this morning, not connected, so I'm not sure if she'll stay at school all day. I hope so as I'm meeting Tracy for lunch, I've not seen her for months so I'm really looking forward to it. Of course if Bex is really poorly I wouldn't mind - especially if she settled to bed and I could scrap without guilt lol. Really enjoying it again at the moment and have managed a couple of things this week. I can only post a sneak peek of this one as it's a Christmas present.
I really enjoyed making this and it was good to put my pot of Modge Podge to use, I think I bought it about 3 years ago and this is the first time I've used it. It's great stuff though and I'll definitely be using it again. My second piece this week is done with the latest GoGoCreate kit. This is the first month that I've subscribed to the Create, G2P (Go to Pieces) and Stamp. At first I thought I'd have trouble using the kit but, taking a prompt from the current GoGoAcademy, I managed a layout really quite quickly. The photo I've used on the lo is one I took in Willenhall Memorial Park last Autumn and I just love it. One of the best things about a regular kit is that it makes you use stuff you perhaps wouldn't normally, it makes you scrap outside of your normal comfort zone - now that can't be a bad thing can it?
I seem to have a bit of a thing for butterflies at the moment! Lastly, take a look at this yummy Scraproom, how gorgeous is that - too nice to get as untidy as I would I think though, I'd be scared to scrap in there lol
