For the first time in months I am taking Beccy to Lilleshall tonight. It's a long drive - well 30 minutes) and this will be the first time I've driven this far since getting back in my car. It'll be ok as it's motorway most of the way so my left foot will be able to rest some. Lilleshall is the National Sports Centre and Beccy does gymnastics training there every Monday. It can be rather stressful to sit and watch throughout so one of the other Mom's and I tend to seek out the bar for a natter.

I went to physio lunchtime today and she was really pleased with my progress, so much so that I don't have a 'next appointment' but I can call if I need one. However, I must do the exercises and remember to elevate my leg, not been very good at it again recently, and I must try to remember to put ice on it to reduce the swelling.

Today's photos are both again from my course work.

Seek out the bar for a natter . . . who you foolin . . . for a drink I think !! :D

I have now been signed off under the same agreement! I really must keep up the exercises BUT I forget. Fortunately I can get plenty of exercise just doing housework and crafting :)

Love the chess pieces. I like the angle and the black and white is so sharp too.

I presume you photographed the flower against black or maybe you did this in Photoshop. either way it's very dramatic.

Bye for now
