New hair do's

Today ended up being a tad busy. It started at the Fracture Clinic where they signed me off, but keep up the physio. We then headed into town as the girls each had an appointment at the hairdressers and we need to get Emily a few new things for school. I thought we had plenty of time but as usual we ended up rushing to the hair salon with a minute to spare. The girls have been pestering me for weeks to make them an appointment and have been busy describing exactly how they want it cut, until they're suddenly sat in the chair that is and then they clam up! Still they both ended up really pleased with their new styles., couldn't resist grabbing a shot.

Emily's really excited and looking forward to tomorrow night when she's going 'clubbing' (at 12!) To be honest it sounds like they've got it sussed out quite neatly at this club. The entrance fee (purchased in advance) is £7 but then drinks are provided free all night (19:00 - 22:00) and as it's 13-16 year olds only, it's soft drinks only. Em has been once before and absolutely loved it. I did treat her to a new outfit whilst we were up town and she looks great, especially with the new hair too.

Pete chased the solicitors today and we should be getting some papers through the post to sign and then it's just a question of waiting for the searches to complete - this is on the one we're buying. I'm hoping now that we can complete on in the next two weeks, completion on the sale of mine should be the end of September and that will give us 3-4 weeks to get ourselves straight. Fingers crossed folks.
